EVA Electronics Expands Production Capacity with New Film Winding Machines and Metal Spraying Equipment

As global demand for motor run capacitors continues to grow, EVA Electronics has taken another important step toward increasing production capacity and improving manufacturing efficiency.

This week, our factory successfully completed the transportation and installation of several new film winding machines and metal spraying machines on the third floor of our manufacturing facility. These new production lines will further strengthen our ability to manufacture high-quality motor run capacitors, including CBB60, CBB61, CBB65, and CD60 capacitors, while shortening delivery times for customers around the world.

New Equipment Supports Higher Manufacturing Capacity

Film winding is one of the most important processes in capacitor manufacturing. High-precision winding equipment ensures excellent capacitance consistency, stable electrical performance, and long product life.

The newly installed metal spraying equipment also improves electrode quality and production efficiency, allowing us to maintain strict quality standards while increasing output.

In addition, the epoxy resin production facility used for capacitor sealing is located on the first floor of our factory building, allowing fast coordination between material preparation and production.
